Yes but not through scepticism and arrogance
Change it with love, generosity and optimism :)
Make connections, heart to heart, human to human connections. Yes, you have paid for the service...given money to the guy over the counter...bought grocery...filled the petrol tank.
But there is no smile, no nod, no thank you from your side and no come back again nod, smile or talk from the other side.
Then you lose. Reverse of connection is not disconnection. It's rejection.
Connections are good. Human to human connections Better.
